Our NiTi archwires are produced using premium grade nickel-titanium alloy (55% Ni, 45% Ti) that meets ASTM F2063 standards. Each batch undergoes rigorous testing for superelasticity, shape memory, and biocompatibility to ensure exceptional clinical performance.
With our state-of-the-art vacuum melting, precision cold drawing, and specialized heat treatment processes, we maintain tight tolerances on all dimensions. Our 14-step quality control system and 28-point inspection ensure consistent product excellence.
From standard round wires (0.012"-0.020") to rectangular profiles (0.016"×0.022" to 0.021"×0.025"), we offer both superelastic and thermal activated options in various arch forms. Customization options include dimpled designs, with stops, and specialty materials like copper-NiTi.
